Job Description
- Approaching companies (clients) and securing projects
- Creating, proposing and scheduling engineer skill sheets
- Attending company–engineer meetings and negotiating terms
- Contract signing and post-commencement follow-up (continued support and troubleshooting)
- Building and coordinating relationships with collaborating partner companies
- Managing project/personnel data (Excel, spreadsheets)
Required Skills
- 3+ years of SES (System Engineering Service) sales experience
- General IT knowledge · No particular qualifications required

- Business English · Able to run PDCA quickly, design recruitment strategy and adjust to on-site needs
