Job Summary
We are hiring one Global Account Sales professional to support our IT sales and SES business development activities. This role is suitable for candidates who can build strong client relationships, coordinate with engineers, and manage business opportunities from proposal to contract closure.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales activities and acquire new projects from client companies.
- Prepare and propose engineer skill sheets to clients.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and engineers.
- Negotiate project terms and support contract discussions.
- Follow up after contract closure and project start.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner companies.
- Manage project, client, and personnel data using Excel or spreadsheets.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in SES or IT services.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or engineering staffing.
- Strong communication and client coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and candidates professionally.
- Japanese business communication ability is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Recruit mid-career IT engineers.
- Manage job boards and recruitment agencies.
- Run direct recruiting, conduct interviews and negotiate terms.
- Provide post-hire support and manage recruitment KPIs.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the IT industry, or 2+ years as an RA/CA at a recruitment agency.
Preferred
- SES company recruitment experience, hiring of foreign engineers, and LinkedIn experience.
- Business English, and the ability to run PDCA quickly, design recruitment strategy and adapt to on-site needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop new partner companies and strengthen existing relationships.
- Negotiate unit prices and adjust terms.
- Collect engineer information and build a database.
- Design a partner evaluation system and develop procurement strategy.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry, or business-partner sales experience at an SES company.
Preferred
- A network of 100+ business partners, contract-scheme design experience, and offshore collaboration experience.
- Business English, strong numerical management, and procurement strategy from a management perspective.
